Description:
Yesterday's release of browsR was an instant hit with most of you guys. In fact, as far as file browser/manager applications go, this one's one of the more downloaded ones. Heck, with just a day up in our DL site, it's already gotten 953 completed downloads as of now.
Can't get any better than this: Yongobongo has updated his homebrew application to browsR v0.2. Here's the changelog for the version update:
* Splash Screen R.I.P
* Password Protection for those *Personal* files
* Fixed up the bugs
Now, about the password protection, the password is hidden in a file called "Password.PW". Just edit it in notepad to change your pin. Now, when you're in the password input screen, here are the controls:
* Right/Left - Change selected figure
* Up/Down - Change number
* Cross - Submit pin
We'll keep you guys posted for more updates. On top of the skin support, copy/paste feature, and IR file transfer that Yongobongo promised yesterday, he's also planning to incorporate media base at start-up, a click-to-view interface, and "read only" Flash0/Flash1 support.
