iPod Nano (A Miniture Square iPod Touch??)

Image

With all of the hardware released today, this one interested me the most. It's basically an iPod touch with a smaller screen, without the home key, custom apps, no accelerometer, and some other minor mishaps, but overall, I think it looks really awesome.
One feature it has to to automatically turn on to the clock so you can get a strap for it and wear it like a wristwatch. No word if it has WiFi, but that would be cool to have a little wristwatch computer.
$149 for 8GB or $179 for 16GB is the only downside.

A less useful nano, a more useful shuffle. This should have been the new shuffle, not the nano.

The new shuffle wasn't even worth the time to post. :P
Looks exactly the same.

Re: iPod Nano (A Miniture Square iPod Touch??)

Well, they did good by taking the mini tampon the last gen shuffle was and putting buttons back on it. I have the shuffle from 2 gens ago, the one with buttons right before the buttonless stick of gum came out. I love it. If i were to ever buy an ipod it would most likely just be along the shuffle range because i would only use a separate ipod for exercise or whatnot. I just need the damn thing to play music :)

Eh, I'm not going to get one. I like the iphone so far, but I'm still leaning towards (yea I know, flame me) windows 7 phone if I buy any handheld electronics anytime soon. It's still a little cool device.
