**Hackable Firmwares/PSP

by the time I saw that the UMD Demo I have has a 2.00 Updater on it. Well I directly supposed that if it was possible that way we would have known it already...
but why is it not possible to make use the UMD Demo disk ? Why would Sony send 2.00 Updates in H (2.50) PSP boxes ?
nobody already found a way to make the PSP think an Update is necessary from the disk ?

If he doesn't know about homebrew, just switch it as long as its a 2.0 or anything below..
