Games won't show up

Hey guys lately I've been up to no good modding and everything, and just now I put the IRSHELL stuff on my mem stick (from adventwolf's tut). I decided I didn't want to install IRSHELL yet so I just deleted all the irshell stuff off my mem stick. Now I go to my games on my XMB and it says that I have no games, this pisses me off, I have a lot of games on my mem stick, but they only show up on the computer, my videos and music show up on my XMB though. I have a phat with 3.90M33-3. help.

Maybe you deleted more than just the files you wanted to uninstall? This is why I keep a backup of my memory stick on my computer, so if I wreck things, I can always put back my games and other stuff.
