Help booting GTA2

I came across a download for GTA2 for the PSP. I put it into my GAME150 folder like I do with my other homebrew, but the game doesn't boot, I just get ""The game could not be started (80010002)".
My PSP is a 2000 model with 5.00 M33 CFW.
How can I get the game to boot?

Is it an official ISO or is it really homebrew?

I don't really know. In the menu, it has it's own icon and what appears to be a mock PSX boot screen, so I'm assuming homebrew.

When playing PSX Eboots you have to put it in the GAME folder with the kernel set at 3.XX or 4.XX or 5.XX (Whatever firmware you have) in the Recovery Mode.

Got it to work.
Only problem is that the game freezes at a loading screen.
