Question about adding emulators??

Thanks to Lumines, I just downgraded to firmware 1.50. I want to add the emulators to my psp and I want to use the custom firmware 3.40 OE-A. Do I need to add them while im at firmware 1.50 or can I add them and have them functional at the custom firmware 3.40 OE-A? Any help would be great!

Use this to install 3.40OE-A:

Then once you have installed 3.40OE-A you can then put your emulators in the GAME folder or reformat your memory card and put the emulators in the GAME150 folder. Also once you get 3.40OE-A installed, I would suggest you to go into recovery mode by holding down the R trig after a coldboot(when you hold the power button up for 5 secs to turn the psp off) And then going to "Configuration" and then scrolling down to game folder homebrew and change it to 1.50 kernal instead of 3.40 kernal.
