What exactly is it that you want to create?

homebrew apps, games, and i want to no how to make and crack code (firmware) on the PSP.

Well obviously you know nothing about programming for anything. Someone can't just show you how to make a game for PSP. Go learn programming and then learn how PSP programming works. That's my advice.

But dude, trust me, this will take awhile coming from what I'm hearing.

-Looks like to me, you don't know a lot about programming, so like I said, this could take awhile for you to actually come up with all these apps and etc.
