With systems and sketches, we've made it so that you have to be a member before downloading content. Because of that, and because our policy is dynamic (that we reserve the right to change our rules at any time) it puts less harm on the site itself and offers an "easy out". Because of that, I'd think it would be ok to be an affiliate of the site, but then again, it is technically offering illegal content as downloads.

Even with that being said, it's not hard to make a fake IP, a fake e-mail, and a fake name up on the internet, I have no posts on that site and have full rights to access the Warez,ISOs, and other things. And I doubt the mods and admins over there really take any action against leechers. Besides I've noticed that some members (Not gonna say any names arto) seem to just rip links and other things from other websites, most likely without the original uploaders permission.

Easy Out or no, that place still offers illegal content.

I'm going to say that I like systems and sketches. I think it is an ingenious site that deserves more traffic. Now, do I think that pspbrew will bring traffic? - well, not so much. Most of the members are pspbrew members that wanted a little more freedom. As a mod there, I enjoy the more relaxed attitude, I have to admit.

I'd like to address this statement as politely and discretionary as possible, foremost.

Yes, you can visit systems and sketches and search around for downloads to illegal content. In fact, if you look there, you will FIND links to this content. However, what is important to consider is that giving links to that illegal content is not against the law. Systems and Sketches allows the discussion of piracy and the linking of illegal content, but does NOT actively pursue piracy as a goal in any way. As mentioned earlier, it is not illegal to give links to that content; it is, however, illegal to host that content, and systems and sketches does not host any illegal content on it's server.

The policy of systems and sketches is simply one that allows, in toleration, the discussion of piracy. Illegal content that one may have access to, in no way, is advertised or publicized in any manner for the projection of piracy on S&S's server. That content, is, however, allowed to be posted if it is retrieved from an outside source other than Systems and Sketches.

Systems and Sketches has not, and will not host illegal content on it's server. More importantly, though, is what this translates to PSPBrew as. My personal opinion is that "hosting" and "having access to" are completely different, but I will let monkeymaximus decide if it is an "affiliate worthy" site, or not.
