The one guy i can think of sending it to is ........Bill Gates. lol
Let me think about it and read of other people like this and i will get back to you..
Maybe take a pic of the 360 open and we can see what we think. Sound good?
Like ace said, i think its a cable. Is it a new or old 360? If new, try a HDMI cable and see if that works. It might just be the connection pins.

Look at the pins and see if they are all where they need to be. So its a OLD premium. hmm. Its hard to say. Like i said, post some pics.

Im on to something.....PINS. It may look fine but one might be defective. U might have to go buy a new pin set and replace that and see.

idk... the pins seems like my answer. lol.
Maybe get another free xbox 360 from someone else and then switch the pins and cables. 360 and psp are far apart when it comes to homebrew and modding. Ace can probably tell u how to check.

I've been looking for a pinout and this is the best I could find:
http://www.hardwarebook.info/Xbox_360_A/V
The best I could tell you is to follow the traces on the mobo and solder a wire from the nearest via on the trace directly to the a/v cable. Or try lama.com. They are a general fix it upper but I'm sure they could have had a few cases the same as yours. Or try using a component cable or the opposite of whatever your using.

I'm guessing you talked to Microsoft and everything, you can send it to them and they should be able to fix it for you. How much did you pay the guy for the Xbox? You knew it was messed up im guessing.

I think i read somewhere, he got it free.
Asddasit, do this, over heat it and send it to microsoft (its not but like $50-$100 i think) and say it has a video problem AND overheated.
They should replace ur CPU with the new 65nm ones and also make ur GPU and eDram smaller too to over heat less. And also fix ur video output. Thats a great deal in mind. Like getting a brand new 360 for $50+. Sounds good to me. Id do it.

I believe that's w/o the warranty though. I've heard people saying it cost them as much as $180 to send it in without the warranty, but I don't know how much it actually is. You know how people like to exaggerate.

It has to be a pin problem then. I am like 95% sure its that then. Ur video pin must be weird.
