Back up Creator Help

When i try to patch the ISO i get a error saying it can't open C:.... why






EDIT: OD i think i found out why i thinks its the name lol look ------> [Wii]Mario_Kart_Wii[NTSC][( this shows the site and i doubt i can post it here ]

EDIT: Nope, that wasn't the problem plz people give me SUGGESTIONS!!!!!!!
