when will there be a new patch for the october 22nd update?

nintnedo is yet again trying to prevent us wii owners from using the homebrew channel, now i did not update yet cause i wanna play some classic sonic and zelda on my wii. now when guitar hero world tour comes out on the wii in 2 days, i will have no choice but to update my wii if i want to use guitar hero world tours online features, so on sunday im updating my wii which might kill the homebrew channel, now will someone have an update of the twilight hack soon?
