Backup creator help

When i drag the ISO it says that it can open C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\ISO Patcher\Star Wars !

Do i need to extract it frist?

Where are you dragging it from? Normally they're zipped or rar'd. You just unpack it first, then drag it where you need to.
