My Wii is F*ed after formatting after preloader was instlled

I formatted my wii with preloader installed..
and the homebrewed channel worked and ..
i tried to follow some peoples ways of getting out the problem..
and now i'm stuck at the homebrewed channel install page..
and its in a endless loop... is there anything that i can do?
can i send it back to nintendo? or do i have to just get a new one?

Your post makes little to no sense...

1. Does your Wii boot to the normal menu screen?
2. Can you get to your Wii settings?
3. Can you play normal games?
4. What system version do you have?
5. Can you load the homebrew channel?

well..
i was running 3.2u and i had the homebrew channel working everything was working fine...
but it seemed like preloader didn't work right.. so i wanted to do a clean start.. and thinking that doing a format might help..
and no wii menu.. no wii setting.. i did at one point get the homebrew channel from preloader..
but now i'm stuck in a looping screen where it's installing the homebrew channel... and that's all it's doing..

Just so you know, the only way to get rid of preloader is to reinstall your system files, such as downgrading, but you can just use the same version instead of changing versions.

See if you can get back into the homebrew channel. If you can, then follow a guide using any region changer to downgrade to 3.2. This will overwrite a clean 3.2 menu on your Wii which should get you nice and fixed up.
