Can Someone Get Me Started With Homebrew Running Version 4.0

I've read some posts about being able to run homebrew on 4.0 without the twilight hack. Is it true? if so how do I get started? I havent ever tampered with console mods so im noob at it. Basically I wanna be able to run emmulators n such...help would be greatly appriciatied.

its all the stress from realizing the wii has about as much power as a fart. and the graphics is not much better then the N64.....

3rd. Im sorry that I cant personally help with this topic..but I do suggest trying the tutorials and see any of them can help.
