i don't believe you can you are going to have to have a little search, there is on Snes gx emulators on the wii called "SMB" so there could possibly be.

I have done a little research on this.And Iam not one hundred percent positive.But, if you have brew channel and twilight hack installed.With a little bit of moding you can download from usb memory stick or hard drive.But, I agree with Alex your question is not clear.
