With the news of the Wii DVD Library being accessable without a modchip, there might be the chance of an ISO loader coming in the near future. What are your opinions on ISO loaders?

I don't really think it's necessary. The Wii is so easy to modify, and with it being pretty popular it is easy to find moders to do it. iso loaders just bring even more attention to what's going on in the scene and will prompt more and more updates from nintendo.

Well I dare anyone to say it won't make a difference.
I agree with brentbizzle but having been able to replay my old PSX games on my PSP (which were all paid for, so IMO is totally within my rights as a consumer) I feel more can be had from the hardware than Nintendo plans to do. I certainly feel that there are a great many ideas within the community for the Wii and that Nintendo shows no intentions of utilizing anything more than their "one gimmick wonders" (see what I did there?)

Having said that, I see that ISO loaders doesn't really impede these great ideas I speak of. I would however, like to see more channels, It just feel like we're so far off getting the most out of this technology...
