COD5 Corrupt Data Problem

I have followed the steps for this game save so that I can play zombies without completing the boring story mode. For 2 days it was working fine and played online/offline co-operative. The following day I found my PS3 to freeze after it was at the first Reading HDD. After restarting 4 times doing the same thing. I thought it must be something to do with the savedata it said it was corrupted and i deleted and now have no savedata on cod5 at all.It now does not freeze and I could play Call of duty 5 online but have no Campain save. Is this just a simple problem or is this really a corrupted piece of data? Is it safe to download a different link? The game save I downloaded was ...http://ps3.brewology.com/dls/savedGameD ... system=ps3

Delete the save off your PS3 and start over I guess, maybe the bug will go away.

I had the same problem. It's the gamesave, since they updated that part of the game data, you have to re-do the game to fix it. Or, you could just go to the gamesaves page at the brew, and download a new one, in which some are compatible with the new updates.
