Just got a new PS3 for my BDAY!!!

I want to know my new tech's tricks. Any advice on how to exploit its full potential besides playing games/watching movies through cd and internet capabilities?
What else can I do with this machine? I already tried remote play, it was cool at first, than it blocked my psp from access probably bcoz I have a CFW on it (only via Internet, if I used via Private Network its still works).

I customized the themes and adde a few songs and movies. What else can I do with it?
