MW2 save game issue, please help

Hey guys, im a newbie here. I just downloaded the saved game for Call of Duty MW2 to get all the unlocks. everything works and i did everything as it was described in the read text file but when i go online i still see my last rank which is 45. also, as i turned on the game it gave me an update. can someone tell me what i need to do to get this going. thanks in advance.

your online rank will NOT go up from a gamesave. thats a server thing man. achievements "maybe"

Yea your rank go up just by a gamesave...besides, PS3 gamesaves dont even work. lol

hey guys, thank you so much for clearing this. i basically downloaded the game save and it was suppose to put me to the highest rank when i go ONLINE thats of course after following the instruction that was given. my rank did go up but that was only OFFLINE. I thought maybe someone went through the same thing and they might have a solution. here is where i downloaded it.

just download this saves ( Description: Spec Ops 100% Campaign 100% Online 57%) and copy your save to a flash drive and put in pc and just copy this file GPAD0_SP.PRF you whil copy to your save game and put into your ps3 and play

if you have anoter save with mor level just copy this file .
