Im sorry but i'm really new at this if any one would mind please explaining to me to me clearly how to update games and get dlc.

How do I go at getting update/dlc for my games? I've search the title ID of my game I wanted, then it brings me to a page where I have to connect to my PS3, Im assuming this is where BlackBox comes in, but the promblem is when i connect my pc to my ps3 i lose internet on my computer because you have to change the tcp thing and also i have to take out my the ethernet cable leading from my router to my pc, to plug in my ps3 to my pc, so how would i get the download?

again i am really sorry for being noob at this and would appricaiate any help i may get on how to go at this.

also some more question after I search the game's title ID would i just check mark all the box for the updates/dlc because I can't seem to find the name to what the download is so not sure really which update/dlc it is.

after you find the update you want it will take you to a different page. copy and paste the URL from the downloader to your browser. save the pkg to a thumb drive and then you should be able to install it from the usb drive.

Do i have to do anything else after i install the pkg? I've tried installing BlazBlue CS dlc and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and i didn't unlock Makoto for BlazBlue or get any costumes for Sigma 2.

am i suppose to get some sort of file or anything after i install the pkg because i don't see anything on the xmb

i installed the Blazblue CS pkg, and even when the game data file says its 1.03, the game only shows 1.02, but this is only the update, not the characters DLC.
