ps3 will copy saves to a usb but can't see them

ps3 will copy saves to a usb but can't see them

I can copy saved games to a usb stick, but my ps3 won't recognize they are there.

Any ideas?

Are they placed in the correct folder on the USB /PS3/SAVEDDATA?
