kmeaw & MM help

Hello, a bit of a noob here and a bit lost. I have kmeaw 3.55 installed and multiman. I have one of my games backed up to my hdd. But I cant get it to boot up. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? tia

Figured it out... got to leave the orig in on first boot??? Did I miss this detail somewhere? Out of everything I have read, nothing mentions this. And it is possible that Im a douche bag too.
