what the hell.
im having similar problems. this kid who-for some wild reason- wants to fight me. now, when it comes to fists, im a pacifist, so im not gonna fight. this is what was said
the kid dropped something and i said (as a joke) u dropped somethhing
he said no i didnt.
i said sure (jokingly obviously)
he said NO really, i was flipping it around
i say okaaayyy (more joking)
7 secs later hes kalling me every name in the book. what the hell??
like i said, unlesss were fighting words, im a pacifist. however, if he swings im not gonna stop swinging till either i see blodd, heer a bone crack, he doesnt get up, or he walks away. i either avoid fighting, or i pwn.
reading this, who do you think is wrong, me or him. taking a joke to an all time extreme, or giving a harmless joke. you tell me
oh yeah and (former) toxy 2 qwestions-why the name change(i like the old one) and how old are you? i figured youd be like frikken 19 or 20 or something like that

First of all, how does that relate to your school what-so-ever?
That's like getting in trouble at school for something that happened at work..
I would have flipped out. There's no reason in the first place to get in trouble for that at school even if you did call her that stuff.
I can't believe they would just believe someone who came in and made something up without checking.

Schools should not be able to punish children (or young adults) for their actions outside of that community. Maybe bus stops and lunches etc, but defiantly not on a weekend, and personally, they need to check their sources. I know you see the crying girl and you atuomatically assume that she's not lying, but still.. do some background checking, look at her phone.. something!
I cannot begin to tell you how pissed I would have been, to live in a society that allows lies and slander to become fact and links these false accusations to one individual without any proof, just going on "hear, say".
These are bad times for humanity my friend.
