Yes, usually I post a post over things of controversy or things I am greatly opposed to... I am not wasting my time with these low-life scum.
What do you guys think of them?

I'm not saying I completely agree with toleration of certain things, but these people just give a bad name to Baptist... Should be like Westboro Protestant Church or something :p But obviously I think they are wayy too extreme, and those are the kind of people that give Christians a label of "hypocrites" among various other things.

Totally agree! They lie and cuss and are just plain horrible people!! Of course, if you do anything they do, you are going to Hell and also getting your butt sued!

I totally agree with yall. Baptists arent anything like this. Its a sad, sad stereotype if you believe that we all "Thank God for dead soldiers".

Now, do I agree abortion and homosexual relationships are wrong? Yes. Do I think my God is an angry God and wants to kill the United States? No.

These people, family mostly, are absolute lunatics that I wish were quarantined to their inbreeding in a remote location to never be heard from again. Protesting at a funeral, of a solider, who died for your freedom, the same freedom that gives you the right to believe this way, is stupid a pathetic.

I honestly could care less if people are gay or not, none of my business. I'd not like it if they pushed it on me, and I'd straighten them out pretty fast if they tried. That doesn't mean I'm a bad Christian, it just means that I believe they need to choose their path for themselves instead of me doing it for them.

Protestantism is a branch of Christianity. Baptists is a branch of Protestantism.

Also they are insane, I feel sorry for the kids that are raised to believe the nonsense they are told.

I know about the protestant reformation and all that good stuff with Zwingli & Luther, I was just referring to "revival" & more "radical" part. I figured my sarcasm would have come across in that statement. Although Protestant nowadays encapsulates so many varying denominations it is a pretty general category imo, but yeh. Fantastic read! They got their cars blocked in by big trucks at the hotel they were staying at! It was easy to tell who was from out-of-state thanks to their license plates!

I'm really glad they lost their latest court case. Unfortunately, they for some reason think it was a victory under God's command. Huh? How does that work? They lost a lot of money.
In the interview, the people who sued the Westboro Baptist Church said they were suing them for money, not because they want the money, but because they didn't want the WBC to have funds to be able to travel around and protest funerals...

I have a funny stance in the legal field with them.

On one hand, I want their rights taken away cause their crazy.

But if we take their rights away, whos to say they cant take our rights away?

That's why they are so controversial. Of course, everyone knows they are bad people, but how can they be deterred?
There are even conspiracy theories rolling around that say they are being payed by the government... Whenever people want their rights taken away, we're letting the government take our rights away, too.

Just shoot them. Problem solved. Why do all the Good people get assassinated and the donkey holes run free?
