Some new ink

Well, I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for R.I.P Tattoos for a mom. Ones that don't say Literally "R.I.P", because they seem so gloomy to me.

Just some nice quotes or something. Been putting it off for a year since I've been broke as f**k.

Any ideas?

P.S. Shoulder blade, upper arm, or inner-lower arm.

That's kinda bland though. I mean a really good quote, like:

*Name*
Viva enim mortuorum in
memoria vivorum est posita.

"The life of the dead is retained in the memory of the living."

How about this :
While we are mourning the loss of our friend, others are rejoicing to meet him behind the veil. --John Taylor

It's my mum, not friend, but that's not too bad.

i would go with something like this "you went gently into that good night too soon you shall be missed i love you mum" and then her pic with her birth year and death year.

I was thinking one of these:

sic itur ad astra -- thus you shall go to the stars

The bitterest tears shed over graves are for words left unsaid
and deeds left undone.

To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die.

i like that first one added with her name and death year seems like it would be a good one.
