Well I was about 12, and used to go on the site once in a while back in 09. I had no idea what a forum was and then I came across it.

I thought to myself "What sorcery is this?"
I registered with a typical 12 year old username

On my first post (which won't be there cause it got deleted), I got into a fight with toxxy. DPM sent me a message right after which was the only reason I probably stuck around.

And I saw other posts, I didn't know we couldn't post anything you want and went around posting "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" on every funny post I saw.

I even got banned 2 days later

Well that's my story, what's yours?

well my story is fairly simple back in the day i was looking for a way to JB my ps3 un be knownst to me at the time i had inadvertantly upgraded my FW to one that was not jailbreakable.wound up getting into a conversation with monkey about how i looked like the Unibomber in my pic on the pictures of yourself topic and wound up sticking around.

Back in 07', Why us boys didn't have them doo Daedalus and gizmods like you kids have. We had forums, not youtube. PSPs, not PS3s or Xboxes; Why back when firmware was in the 1.XX range. "It seemed horrible and annoying to hack at the time; but looking back, it seems like the good ol' days.". Why, I can still remember my Socom FTB Hacking days, We would dominate noobs, there was no such thing as a punkbuster, or auto ban. Back in my day, the coolest kid on the block was the one who had just picked up his own copy of Halo: Combat Evolved, Or Star wars: Knights of the old republic.
It was a simpler time... A Better time.

Well, I guess I'm not that small then =D
I grew up having a sega, and an old nintendo that had tetris..
Got a ps2 the week it released, and that wasn't too hard to mod... It took just about 25$

Two moons ago I was trying to figure out how to downgrade my psp to 1.5, and BAM. Google delivered the brew to me. Kanadier hit the nail on the head!

That's funny. I remember that.

I found the brew through Nik himself. He gathered me up from PSPBrew since I provided free help and asked me to come onboard his staff. And on his staff I did climb... :?:

Disc drive on my PSP broke. (LONG donkey time ago)

Ended up coming here, don't really remember how.

Back in 06 when I heard you could hack the PSP to run all kinds of things I started scouring the internet. pspbrew was in my opinion the best place for information and tutorials at the time.
