I need a better avi to gif converter!!!

Does anybody know where I can download a better and free AVI to GIF converter that can make it into a good quality?

Man, AVI is a movie format. And GIF is an image format

Do you know what a GIF file is?
<<<look more closely at my avatar. You can take video clips and turn them into gif animations too, idiot....
The probelm all AVI to GIF converters I've been using, does not make it come out well.
