Brewology

Does anyone use this.. It said I had over 20000 things wrong.. The only way to fix it would be to buy it, so does anyone know if this is actually real or what.. or is there something else that deletes your privacy from being leaked onto sites that would collect it against you.. anyone know any free program to scan and delete it all like this?

I dont know anything about that, but I use DCleaner and CCleaner and those are free.
