Use XPize. The main website shut down, but I'm guessing download.com has the files. It's a revamped version of the original XP GUI, just glossy-like. I'm sure the later XP software came with this GUI I believe, but most of us already had the OS that time :P

WindowsBlinds is alright, but most of the skins they have aren't keepers. You'll be switching over the vast variety every other day and eventually you'll just want to uninstall it. Go for a simple and professional look.

IMO, I like XPize more than the Vista theme. Doesn't take up space, and it won't slow your computer down (unless you have really cruddy system specs).

I use StyleXP. Themes are at http://www.themexp.org, along with other stuff.
Download link for StyleXP -> http://www.megaupload.com/dk/?d=6TMPT64W . Try It. It's nice.
