How do I fix my DVD-rom? It only plays pink and yellow, some light blue.? My dvd-rom used to play fine. PC crashed, XP reinstalled, dvd-rom sftware reinstalled, dvd now plays pink, yellow. Took out dvd-rom and put in new one. Same thing. Looked at various support websites for updates and drivers, but I dont know for sure which one is the problem. Please help.
