He does look quite pixilated compared to the background. I mean, I know he comes from the days of older graphics, but still. If the BACKGROUND was more pixilated, I think that would be fine too.

I thought the same, but I figured you couldn't do much to the character to make him look better, and the background looks alright how it is.

I keep forgetting to add you on my PS3, anyways use your blur brush and set it to 50% opacity.
