You know, I think it's a very good piece of work. I can normally at least spot 3 things with most artwork (by anyone) and think to myself, "well this could be different and look better" but I think you did well with this because there isn't really anything I can suggest as something to be changed. Good job. I will admit though, I'm unfamiliar with the topic being presented but it seems like a nice piece to me.

This is overall the best I've seen from you.

Lighting looks great, but it's best to focus it towards Sakura rather than to the left of her.
The text is a bit hard to read, however your blending and fading looks greatly put together.

Definitely 9.5/10

Mess around with scanlines and maybe add a border.
