You should make a link for the easy-installer at the top as an alternative to doing the steps yourself.

Great tutorial though, and thanks for taking your time to write it up

!!!WARNING!!! Be warned this will write to the flash of you're psp .If you miss a step or do something wrong this will brick you're psp(making it usless). To make sure this doesnt happen its a good idea to do these things. 1.Make sure you're psp is at least 75% charged.2 Make sure its plugged into the a adapter. If you take these steps you will not get a brick!!!WARNING!!!

DO IT!!!! dude u can brick from a lot of things. wen u do this there is barely a percent chance you' will brick. i used this 7 times. (3 on myself and the wrest were for friends)

and i've only bricked twice. jk. i havent bricked. dude try it or i will steal ur psp and do it 4 u.

and dont say "u dont know were i live" im looking at u right now. ur wearing a white shirt with blue shorts or boxers (i cant realy tell) u have on the tv. and ur watching full house. and.... OMG! ur ugly!

hey pspruler, I've done this for money and for free for people that I know. I will be glad to help you go through step by step. I've owned a psp since July 23 2005, and I used to use the MPH downgrader about 4 times a day. I've probably changed firmware versions more times than anybody else on this site from that alone... let alone using custom firmwares.

I will walk you through 3.03 oe-c so that you don't brick, if you want.

yea this is really one of the great tutorials here. It makes my job a lot easier when people ask me how to upgrade to 3.03 oe-c, and I can just link them up to this tutorial.

ya u got a point there. now that tbag is gonna be gone 4 a while there wont be any ez instalers

I dont like ez installers. I rather know what I am doing so I can manage it in future purposes.

however an ev unstaler can be useful 4 sum1 that is peranoid w/ all the steps. like pspruler. even though he still wont get a custom firmware.
