Im looking to be able to play NES and such roms on my psp.

My verson is 2.71

Last time i was here, i couldnt downgrade to to do it, but i can now i think.

I dont have the USB cable but i have the mem card. Any help would be super.

downgrade is availabe for you so we can get you down to 1.50 and than we can give you 3.03oe-C so you can do just about anything. and by the way this is in the wrong section all together
