Win 95 on PSP (Not a Shell or HTML page)

I was wondering around on www.psp-iso.com and saw a link to something for running Windows 95 on your psp. At first I thought it was just another shell that you put in the Common Folder and run it from the web browser, but as I extracted It i found out it was an EBOOT.

Instructions:
1. Download this package (has everything included)- http://rapidshare.com/files/16895591/PSP_WIN95.rar.html
2. Extract the rar with WinRAR. If you do not have this, you can download here- http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar362.exe
3. Follow the really simple directions on the included readme after you extract the rar
4. Go to Game on your PSP, and click on Bochs and there will be a picture of a psp with windows.
5. After the wait time to load, enjoy WIN 95

Many of yall out there are thinking "Wow, whats the big deal, you cant even load programs" but this leads the way to new homebrew opportunities and maybe in the future you could run programs, and maybe diffrent OS's (Like Vista)

What is the password on the RAR archive? I tried extracting it with WinRAR and ExtractNow and both asked for a pass.

Well since people have brought this back up i might as well ask.. do you have to have a custom firmware to use this?i figure it would be because of the eboot... but i could be wrong...so do you have to?
