Once you make the Pandora's battery, you just have to put the certain files on your memstick to make it a Magic Memory Stick with which combined create a Downgraded/Unbricked PSP 8). But in order to run the pandora's battery installer and such, you need a psp with 1.50 firmware or a custom firmware on it.
how am i supposed to put on something to downgrade a psp to 1.5 when i need 1.5 to do it?? i dont get it i need some major help with this... so i guess i created a magic memstick and a pandoras batt that i think may work, but i dont know how to use the installer. i need sum help man

btw i can use my friends psp if that would help??

You need another PSP that has 1.50 or custom firmware on it in order to make the Pandora's battery, which you will use on YouR PSP to downgrade. You just need one of those psps to run the installer in order to make the stuff, you don't need a 1.50 or custom firmware in order to USE the pandora's battery and magic memory stick.

Yeah, I'm suprised that hasn't happened yet. But I guess they think changing the batteries to anti-pandora is enough :P
This is a sig. You may think that there is something to it, but in fact it is just an ordinary sig.

I didn't read through all of the posts but this tut doesn't tell you HOW TO USE the pandora's battery once it's created.

This is just the installation, but yea i think it would be helpful to say how to use it. It's quite simple to use once you make it. You just gotta turn your PSP off and insert both the Magic Memory Stick and Pandora's Battery into your PSP and your PSP lights up and you follow the on-screen instructions to get 1.50 setup on your PSP.

You need to use the tutorial Despertar Cementario on a slim psp.

oh and @erik, you use the the stuff on your psp once you make the 'pandora's battery' and 'magic memory stick'. All ya gotta do is stick them in the psp you wanna downgrade/unbrick and the psp should light up and it should load as a 1.50 psp.

I never considered making a tutorial for that, but back in the day I was thinking about how to make one that way before an official guide came out. If you look back on our homepage though, there will be a link to a guide on psp-hacks that shows how to do it.

As for screenshots for the pandoras battery, if someone would upload a few for some of the steps, I'd appreciatively add them to the tutorial.

Also, I haven't added a tutorial for HOW to use the battery, as it's fairly straightforward, and very user friendly after installation is finished. However, if you guys request more, I will add it if you want.

The program you are trying to run is a HOMEBREW APP. You cannot run homebrew on the official firmware, you need to run it on a psp with Custom Firmware.
