There isn't a single store that I know of which sells PSP parts outright like what you're asking. You might be able to goto a second-hand game store and ask if they have broken PSP's and/ or parts that they'd be willing to sell. Many game stores will buy broken systems for use as parts so that they can fix up future systems that they buy broken.
People may also give/ sell you parts from this forum as well, but keep in mind, PSPBrew staff cannot be held accountable for transactions made through the forums.
You may just want to go ahead and purchase the stuff online if it's the easiest way to get a hold of some of the items. I'm not sure if the site you link to is the best option though. Ebay may have items that will work just fine for you. For instance, if you can find a broken PSP on ebay for cheaper than it would cost to buy those items independently on powergamingparts.com, then you could solve almost all of these problems at once. Then, if you really wanted, you could buy a custom faceplate on the side to house the unit in. That seems like it would be cheaper than ordering all of those parts from that site and as an added bonus, you could sell of any of the parts that you don't need/ want back to ebay so you can help balance some of the cost.
