ok guys I tried an Ipod touch yesterday and holestly I was amazed....from its sleek design to its great quality games I wonder if the PSP could be in trouble

I mean there are roumers that sony are goin bankrupt but i dont think its real
So what i think sony should do is this to improve peoples experiance

1. let us go on youtube like the Ipod can
2.Make the XMB customizeable.
3.something like home(the thing there replacing the PS3 XMB with)

WHAT?
Okay, here goes another round of short replies.

# 1. You can, http://dl.qj.net/Ultimate-PSPTube-1.7-P ... /catid/140
Download Ultimate PSPTube. You can go to about 30 other video sites that are like YouTube such as MySpace Videos and Google Videos.
There's also a great amount of pron websites you can stream videos from. Way better than the YouTube service on the iPod.

# 2. You can.

Yes, this is an actual XMB.

# 3. WTF?!?! They aren't replacing the XMB with Home. Home is just a game that's built into the PS3.
If you want a completely different experience and not have to mess around with the XMB at all, you can get IRShell or some other kind of shell (there's hundreds out there) that you can use instead.

The iPod is amazing, and so is the iPhone, but the PSP is right up there too.
You just don't realize how much the PSP can actually do.

It would be really cool if we had some kinda of Home-integration.

The PSP is still better,
there is plenty of storage (Memory Sticks)
the screen size is almost an inch bigger and it has a better handle for watching videos
there are way more flawless emulators on the psp
there are way more homebrew games and apps
you can play PSP games on the PSP!

The iTouch is still a pretty sweet device as is any new device to tweak with.
But the PSP is great.

The psp is better for gaming. But overall I would say the touch is a better multi tasking gadget. Easier to do stuff online than a psp. Email, music, photos, videos, etc. Better on the touch. I'm pretty sure there's over 10,000 homebrew/apps then games on top of that. You can use it to call as well via voip/sip and skype. Can use every messenger made (msn, aim, yahoo, etc.) there's a bunch of other stuff too but don't feel like typing it from my iPod.

With both the PSP and the ipod hackable now, it really depends on why you want it. If you want more on the gaming end, get a PSP. If you are looking for something that is more rounded, or something more dedicated to music, the ipod touch is probably better.

But keep this in mind. A lot of things that make the ipod touch/iphone cool needs internet access. You get this anywhere you want with the iphone, but with the ipod touch you have to be at a hotspot. More than likely you'll want to access an unsecured network since you don't have the WEP/WPA key, which means if you do anything on there someone can listen and steal you info. One of the guy's at lifehacker's wife's gmail password was stolen last month. If you don't know what lifehacker is, they're tech guys that know their shiz. Fact is connecting to an unsecure area is... unsecure.

Thats because apple encourages homebrew development for the ipod, while sony looks for ways to block it out instead of incorporating it into their device. Mind you the ipod is still hacked to allow more versatility.
