anyone get a hold of that monster? i am getting one, i just want to know if any of you have had a chance to tinker with it and see what an be done about the firmware

I've only heard good things from the people that have bought it. Except that it is a huge fingerprint magnet.
Well it has some extra features:
Added blutooth support
Pause game feature: You can pause any game at any point and go to the XMB and listen to music or w/e then come back to the same point you paused your game at.
And maybe something else.

I just know the Disadvantages:
really ugly,
no usb port (selfish SONY
) just a serial port,
screen is made smaller,
umd-slot removed.
If you want the advantages and other disadvantages, u should check out a couple of other topics. there are a lot here on the brew.

ummm, actually its a high speed USB port, hence the funny slot in the top. also, it has 16gb of internal memory to download the games to. i want it for music and to look cool. i want a wight one, but black looks sharp. also, the blutooth support sold it . im getting one. ill tell you when.

i really dont know who toxxy is, i just coppied that from craits sig.. u mind telling??

I usually get black on all my electronics if possible because they just look slick, but the white PSP Go looks fi'ine.
I suggest you wait for the price to go down, it might be $200 by next year.

Cool, I have also heard of something bad for some PSP Go owners, depending on your wireless signal it may be best to download the games first on your PC and then transfer them to your PSP.

i saw a facebook ad, u know the 1s that come on the side.. and WOW!! The psp go was on bid.. but when i got there it was over. some guy had gotten it for just 1o.8o pounds..

my wireless is good, and im wonder what the download format the games are from psn... depending on some patched ISO files..........

Oh it is Swoopo, there is an add on the Forum Index page.
It used a unique style auction to bid away items which can go really cheap.
The thing is, it costs money to bid so if you end up winning a PSP for $100, you pay that plus the amount that you spent bidding on the thing.
