My whole point of my post was that they both based it off of the same thing.
It's like saying Naruto is copying Yu Yu Haksho because both are anime. In reality, they are both based off of a similar art-type.

bad example, seeing as ZA just used it without modification, where as fallout has had since it was made ( the game i mean) and maybe there should be originality?

Um, the picture with the Indian head and stuff was the signal picture used for tests if/ when a catastrophe happened in the "nuke scare" days or when the picture would simply cut out on the TV right ... wasn't it? I don't think it's "stealing" more than it is using the same reference material.

Of course, you could argue we're still in the "nuke scare" days but that's another topic
