PSP Go running homebrew on 6.20?

Is it just me or is this guy running homebrew on 6.20 of the PSP Go?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqmQyqkqX44
Now I don't know about Action Replay, because if I remember it's a company-made item, so I don't know
if its actually homebrew or not.

He talks about the signature (as used in all eboots) that are used, and this installer allows him to access homebrew on
his XMB without actually using any exploits or custom firmwares on his PSP (PSP Go in this case)

How ever I am skeptic if this is actually true.
Is anyone else able to confirm this works?

Just because it works, doesn't mean that it's homebrew..

Well I don't know if this is from the actual company or not, but if its not from the official company, then it is homebrew,
meaning theres a chance this guy has got it to work for other signature checks.

Well, it is from the actual company.. And it is in the UPDATE folder, from what I've heard so it could be made without being signed but who knows if it is signed or not? How would they check?
As I see it, a company made a program for the PSP, and that is not homebrew. It's a product of a company, even if it is the Demo Version.

If it was made by the company then it isn't homebrew.
Seeing as this was made in december, I guess this isn't a good Proof of concept.
