Hey i recently got into rco editing (Mainly Custom Waves) and i can not find a software to edit all dat jank! i got a lot of Xmb waves but i want edit other stuff i to pimp ma psp, you pickn up what im layn down? I have a psp go 6.20 Pro-B6 with the perma patch and all that so...yeah. I just want a software for rco editing with having to decompress any person, place or thing. Thanks

Thanks but this can't do xmb waves and it won't convert anything

I thought all custom XMB wave files were hex-edited.
