Can someone send me links to sites with recording technology for psp and ps3, I've been looking everywhere but everything else is for pc, mac or xbox

I'm not sure if this will work on a psp 3x, but I remember this from a long while back. In the following tutorial if you scroll down there should be a link for the recorder plugin..
