Best MAME emulator / MAME4ALLPSP problem

i tried MAME4ALLPSP but when i loaded it up it keeps saying something along the lines of "Error cannot find any roms in PSP/GAME/MAME4ALLPSP/ROMS"
because i am running 3.03oe-c fw i have al my homebrew stuff in a GAME150 folder. including the mame roms i downloaded. any ideas how i can get this to work?
