3.4 CFW- how do i upgrade and what should i upgrade it to?

i followed RoxFox's easy tutorial guide and it froze my computer twice........ :cry: can someone help?

Well assuming that your already on CFW, go to dark-alex.org and get the 3.90 update file.

i would go to 4.01m33-2, its the latest and i dont see any issues with it that make it worse than 3.90m33
