What I need to get CFW on my slim

Okay my friend will supposedly let me use his phat psp so I will finally be able to get CFW.

Okay so this is what I'll have to have:

-Phat PSP w/cfw (friend's psp is 3.03 OEA)
-Phat PSP battery (should be fully charged)
-Memory Stick Pro Duo (I only have 4gb and my friend has 2gb, all Sandisk iirc)
-PSP Slim (Mine is 3.60 firmware purchased around the New Year)
-PSP Slim battery
-usb cable thing (from calculator which allows PC to PSP connection since I don't have mem stick reader)
-chargers/cables/etc (Does the one for the slim work with the phat or will I have to borrow those too)
-PC (I have Windows XP as OS)

Now with the numerous threads and guides out there, I am unsure of what program or software I need for my situation. I do know that I will need some program or something to turn the phat battery into a Pandora one. I'll also need Despertar del Cementerio and some files on a mem stick for something. >_>

also please note that I will not actually be installing cfw right away since I have to meet up with my friend and get the psp; I just want to have everything ready to go.
