CSO files Not working?

Hey all

I downloaded Lego Batman CSO file

i have a random UMD in the PSP

I put the CSO file in the ISO folder of the ROOT menu

And my PSP

is 3.03 OE-C

and when i highlight it up it shows me that little preview of the game

But when i click on it it says

(THE GAME COULD NOT BE STARTED)

(80020148)


And this also Happend with My Midnight Club LA Remix Too..

Help Anyone?

Try updating your firmware, you might need a higher one to play those games.

What do u think i should update it to?

Sorry bout the double post but can any1 answer this quistion

Can i upgrade from a 3.03 OE-C

directly to a

3.71 M33 ?

Becuase i read the tutiral and i din understad it..lol.

i suggest updating to 4.01 m33.

to update to this you'll need to update to 3.52 m33-4 and then update to 4.01 m33. It's a bit of a hassel, but you would have to do the same thing if you wanted 3.71 anyways.

Try this when you are in the xmb menu press SELECT the VSH menu should come up there should be a selection called UMD ISO MODE change it to Sony NP9660

That wont work on 3.03 oe-c the vsh menu was implemented in a later custom firmware. It's just that his games require a higher firmware to play

and it still crashes.

did you try the iso version instead of the cso version? cso is a compressed version of iso and sometimes causes games to become unstable (although not too often)
