Longtime out need help

Hi i have had 3 psp's and i modded them all using tutorials from this website. but last time i had a psp was a good year ago and had to sell it but now i have a new white one with firmware of 5.02. i am wanting to put custom firmware on and not sure how to anymore was wondering what i will have to do. possibly use Pandora battery to downgrade it to 1.50 then upgrade it to a custom firmware any suggestions will be a lot of help thank you very much.

2 Questions;

1.) Is a PSP-2000, or 3000 version?
2.) Do you have another PSP with CFW?

not too sure about 2000 or 3000 as got it of a mate how can u tell and no i dont have a psp with cfw

i think its a 2000 one as looking at other forums they dont sound like there describing my psp when describing the 3000

Well, you'll need another PSP with CFW, maybe borrow it from a friend, but you'll need to know what version your PSP is... IFK how to find out

it says under the battery its MODEL PSP-1003

ha, well, I'm guessing that looks like a phat... but maybe I'm wrong, jeez, well you still would need another PSP
