Blue screen when starting apps (not quite BSOD)
My psp-1000 (Fat) firmware is up to 5.00 m33-4, Kernal set to 1.5.
I'm trying to run programs like Furikup, psp Virtual Globe, and most of the IR Controller programs from my XMB. They load fine, but after the PSP transition screen all I get is a blue screen. It's a lighter blue than BSOD, and all I'm able to do is exit back to the XMB although it just sits at "Please Wait".
I understand Virtual Globe is meant for the resources of the PSP Slim, but is it the same case with most of the tools/apps I've mentioned?
And if that's the case, would I still be able to use most emulators with a PSP Slim if I bought one, and what is its earliest firmware version? Thanks.
