PsP slim brew

hi im new to the community and homebrewing so can anyone tell me if you can make a slim homebrewable, and also what is the definition of brick and how do you fix it

Hey, welcome to the site. A Brick means that your psp is basically useless and when you turn it on, it is just a black screen and you can't do anything. However you can fix this now using the 'Pandora's Battery Method' by using a special battery and memory stick with certain files on it. You can make the Slim homebrewable but ya need to get it on custom firmware by using one of these tutorials
